We carefully package every order and process most orders within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
Once your order has shipped, Dunn by Her is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.
If an error was made on our end, we'll gladly work with you to make it right.
