Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately when required.
Online orders requiring shipment are subject to shipping charges.
Orders are processed in the order they are received unless otherwise stated.
Product availability is subject to change.
Dunn by Her reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, inventory, or website errors.
We reserve the right to update products, pricing, availability, promotions, or website content at any time.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Products identified as ready to ship are fulfilled from available Dunn by Her inventory.

Processing times refer to the time needed for Dunn by Her to prepare an order for shipment and do not include carrier transit time.

Inventory is limited and availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed.

Product-specific quantity limits may apply and will be identified on the applicable product page.

Pre-Order Products

Products clearly identified as PRE-ORDER are not part of Dunn by Her's ready-to-ship inventory.

Pre-order products may be produced after your purchase and may first be delivered to Dunn by Her for inspection and preparation before being shipped to you.

Pre-order processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Production delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Dunn by Her's reasonable control may affect delivery.

When holiday pre-order deadlines are provided, customers are responsible for placing orders by the stated cutoff date. Meeting a stated cutoff helps provide adequate processing time but does not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a particular holiday or event unless expressly stated otherwise.

Mixed Ready-to-Ship & Pre-Order Purchases

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order merchandise, ready-to-ship merchandise may be sent first.

Pre-order merchandise will be shipped separately once it becomes available to Dunn by Her and is prepared for shipment.

Because these products require separate shipments, separate shipping charges may apply and may be collected at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Dunn by Her's control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to Dunn by Her because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Delivered, Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking information provided with their order.

If carrier tracking confirms that an order was delivered but the package cannot be located, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Dunn by Her will reasonably assist with available carrier information or the carrier claim process when applicable. However, Dunn by Her does not automatically refund or replace packages that the shipping carrier has confirmed as delivered.

Final Sale, Returns & Exchanges

All wrapping paper sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Other products may have product-specific return, exchange, or final-sale conditions stated on their respective product pages.

If wrapping paper arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Dunn by Her within 3 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Customers requesting review of a damaged, defective, or incorrect order must provide clear photographs of the product, affected area, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Dunn by Her will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Product Appearance & Variations

We make every effort to represent our products accurately.

However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen and device settings.
Printed colors may vary slightly from digital representations.
Products featuring repeating artwork may have variations in exact pattern placement.
Products featuring the same artwork may be produced by different printing or production partners.
Differences in paper, materials, finish, print scale, placement, or production method may result in minor variations between product options.
Product mockups are intended to provide a visual representation of the product and may not reflect every minor characteristic of the finished physical item.

Product-specific dimensions, materials, finishes, and other specifications should be reviewed before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, product imagery, written content, product names, creative concepts, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by Dunn by Her or used with appropriate permission.

Dunn by Her original artwork and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Dunn by Her content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, commercially exploited, used to create derivative products, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Dunn by Her, except as permitted by law.

Purchasing a Dunn by Her product gives the purchaser ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial-use rights in the artwork or design appearing on that product.

Unauthorized use of Dunn by Her artwork, designs, photographs, logos, branding, or website content is prohibited.

Order Acceptance

Dunn by Her reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

If Dunn by Her cancels a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.
